RESISTANCE TO HAIR DRYNESS IN WINTER
Winter is coming, our hair easily gets dry as the weather results in the loss of water like the dead wood in winter. Here are some ways to lock the water:
- Head Massage. Massage scalp a bit longer with your fingers when washing hair and comb hair 30 times before sleep to promote blood circulation and help hair root absorb more moisten elements.
- High-Moisturized Condition. High-Moisturized condition can offer a protection on hair to make sure water and nutrition will not lose easily.
- Intensive Hair Care. If hair is damaged badly, pomade or essence condition is recommended to improve the split, dry, weak hair texture.
- Nutrition Supplement. Food high in mineral substance or containing vitamin A, B, C and protein is important nutrition supplement in winter, like nuts, grain, seafood and vegetables.
